Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refund Policy

This Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains how The Nurse Rooted, LLC, doing business as The Nurse Rooted Co. (“The Nurse Rooted Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles changes, cancellations, and refunds for our mentorship, coaching, workshops, bootcamps, and digital products (the “Services”).

By purchasing or booking any Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, which works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. 1:1 Mentorship & Coaching Sessions

Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Clients may reschedule a session once at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling Limit: Each session may only be rescheduled one time. Additional cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice / No-Show: Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

Emergencies: Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies at our sole discretion.

2. Group Programs, Workshops, and Bootcamps

All registrations for group programs, workshops, intensives, and bootcamps (live or recorded) are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend live, recordings or materials may be provided when available, but no refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

All purchases of digital products (including templates, toolkits, downloads, and workbooks) are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

Where a refund is explicitly approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment platform and financial institution.

  • The Nurse Rooted Co. is not responsible for delays once the refund has been issued on our end.

5. How to Request Changes

To cancel, reschedule, or request support with your booking:

  • Email us at support@nurserootedco.com with your full name, service purchased, and session date (if applicable).

  • We will review and respond to requests during normal business hours.

6. Our Rights

The Nurse Rooted Co. reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule a session, program, or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues, low enrollment). If this occurs, clients will be offered an alternative date or appropriate resolution.

  • Deny rescheduling or refunds in cases of repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or policy abuse.

7. Agreement

By booking, enrolling, or purchasing through our website, HoneyBook, Squarespace, or any authorized platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
