  • Yes — we offer a complimentary 10-minute discovery call if you’d like help deciding which service is best for you. It’s completely optional; you can book a session directly or schedule a call first if you’d like to connect.

  • No. While we’re based in Lakeland, Florida, most of our services are offered virtually and available to nurses and nursing students across the United States.

  • No. The Nurse Rooted Co. provides educational and mentorship services only. We do not provide medical care, clinical supervision, or legal advice. Always follow your facility’s policies, your state board of nursing, and consult with your supervisor or healthcare provider when needed.

  • To book, simply fill out our inquiry form to get started. You’ll then receive a service menu where you can select the offerings that best fit your needs. Once your services are chosen and payment is submitted, you’ll receive a scheduling link to book your session at a convenient time.

  • We understand life happens! Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Please see our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. What we do guarantee is personalized, supportive, and evidence-based mentorship that gives you the tools, strategies, and confidence you need to succeed.

  • Yes! We provide downloadable resources such as reference guides, study guides, templates, and toolkits. These can be purchased anytime and do not require a scheduled session. We also offer a selection of free resources to support your learning and growth, perfect for getting started before investing in paid tools.
